USB 3.2 is the latest version of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface, which offers faster data transfer speeds, improved power efficiency, and enhanced connectivity options. Compared to USB 2.0, USB 3.0 (also known as SuperSpeed USB) introduced several improvements, including:

1. Faster data transfer speeds: USB 3.0 can transfer data at a maximum speed of 5 Gbps (gigabits per second), which is up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0's maximum speed of 480 Mbps (megabits per second).

2. Improved power efficiency: USB 3.0 is more power-efficient than USB 2.0, which means that it can charge devices faster and more efficiently.

3. Better connectivity options: USB 3.0 introduced new connector types, including the Type-A and Type-B connectors, as well as the reversible Type-C connector.

USB 3.2 builds on the features of USB 3.0 and introduces even faster data transfer speeds, improved power delivery, and enhanced compatibility with USB Type-C connectors. USB 3.2 can transfer data at a maximum speed of 20 Gbps, which is up to four times faster than USB 3.0. Additionally, USB 3.2 supports dual-lane operation, which means that it can use two data lanes to achieve even faster speeds.
